We do not provide legal advice, select legal strategy, interpret how the law applies to your specific facts, or represent anyone in a legal proceeding except where Nevada procedure expressly allows a non-attorney to appear. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship, and communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

Submitting the contact form or emailing us does not create a service relationship. We provide services only after both sides sign a written engagement agreement that describes the scope of work and the agreed fee.

Fees are quoted in writing before work begins, based on the scope of the specific matter. The initial conversation is provided at no charge. This website does not sell products, does not process payments, and does not collect payment card information.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information and for making all decisions about your estate matter. Court outcomes, deadlines set by third parties, and the responsiveness of banks, agencies, and other institutions are outside our control. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular result or timeline.

Intellectual property

The content, text, and design of this website belong to Compassionate Solutions Inc. You may read, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.
