Who we are

Compassionate Solutions Inc. provides non-attorney estate administration support to families in Nevada. This policy explains what we do with information you give us through this website.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through our contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, county, how you heard about us, and the description of your situation that you write. We ask you not to send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through the form.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

How we use your information

We use what you send to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help, and communicate with you about your matter. If you become a client, we use your information to perform the services you have engaged us for.

Email

Submitting the contact form sends your message to us by email and stores it in our secure records system. We do not add you to a marketing list from a contact form submission, and we do not send promotional email unless you have separately asked to receive it. Any promotional email we do send includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly, as required by the federal CAN-SPAM Act.

Who can see your information

Your information is available to Ginger Simpson and to any staff or contractor working on your matter. We use reputable service providers for website hosting, database storage, and email delivery, and those providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We disclose information outside of that only with your permission or when the law or a court requires it.

Confidentiality

Please note that because we are not attorneys, communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege. We treat what you tell us as confidential as a matter of professional practice, but that is different from legal privilege. If privilege matters in your situation, speak with an attorney.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Client records are retained for as long as the matter requires and for a reasonable period afterward, consistent with ordinary business and recordkeeping practice.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Ginger@CompassionNV.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Nevada residents may also direct us not to sell their covered information; we do not sell personal information at all.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here.
