Our commitment

Compassionate Solutions Inc. is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Department of Justice web accessibility rule.

What we have done

• Semantic headings, landmarks, and lists so page structure is announced correctly
• A skip link to jump straight to the main content
• Visible focus indicators and full keyboard operation, including the mobile menu
• Color combinations chosen to meet or exceed AA contrast ratios
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative images marked as such
• Form fields with real labels, clear required indicators, and errors announced to assistive technology
• Layouts that reflow on small screens and remain readable when text is enlarged

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review new pages and changes as they are published and correct issues as we find them.

We will respond and provide the information you need another way in the meantime. We also work with clients by phone, email, and in person, so you never have to use the website to reach us.
